We have just taken an exciting role for a lovely company based in Taunton and due to expansion they are looking to hire an Admin & Recruitment Superstar

PURPOSE


Provide efficient administrative and recruitment support to ensure a seamless operation of the office, an outstanding service to clients and to support the Care team.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Communicating with clients and stakeholders, managing documentation
  • Auditing files
  • Sending letters, communications, and updates as needed
  • Reception coverage as required
  • Support various projects as instructed
  • Creating and updating job listings
  • Organising team schedules
  • Assisting with recruitment campaigns

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Strong time management skills
  • Attention to detail and problemsolving abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Administrative experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office and technology
  • Marketing knowledge/interest a plus

  • Willingness to learn new systems and processes
Salary will be totally dependent on levels of experience but we envisage this will range between £25,000 - £30,000.
