Site Inspections Officer (plus Planning Apprenticeship opportunity)


As Site Inspections Officer, you will be responsible for visiting sites across the borough in order to investigate all reports of alleged breaches of planning control; recording your findings (taking measurements / taking photographs / consulting with owners and occupiers); and then advising the Planning Enforcement team of your findings.

You will also be responsible for starting formal enforcement investigations and assisting in those where appropriate.
