Description
Willmott Dixon is looking to recruit a Business Development Manager to join our Construction South region which covers the South East of England.
This is an exciting time as we look to grow the front end of our business and we are ideally looking for a candidate who has strong contacts across any construction related sector in the area of South London.
You will identify project opportunities across the South London region and will have a proven track record in business relationship management and development within the construction sector.
It is essential that you are a highly motivated and proactive individual, able to develop an in-depth understanding of the WD service offering and generate your own sales leads across our private and public sector portfolios.
Manage all allocated accounts.Maintain and update the CRM to inform our marketing activities
Represent the business in the geographical area/sector focus to develop networks and WD profile.
High level of verbal communication skills and networking
Ability to develop long term customer relationships to create growth opportunities
Able to identify and qualify new business opportunities in line with our strategic plan
Create, manage and analyse Sales &Marketing data and reporting
Proven relationship management and networking abilities
Experience of working with or for local authorities
Degree in Business ManagementProfessional
