- Maintain regular communication with Head Office and group management
- Ensure proper waste collection from the branch premises in compliance with regulations
- Assist in periodic readings for equipment like photocopiers and utilities
- Keep essential stationery and supplies stocked at the branch
- Maintain external maintenance schedules for branch vehicles
- Valid UK driving license is a must
- Physical capabilities for manual tasks
- Leadership experience and skills are essential
- Excellent communication skills are a requirement
- Ability to provide top-notch customer service

New Guard Coatings are currently looking for a new team member to join our branch in Warrington as their Branch Supervisor. Specializing in industrial coatings for metal & steel, concrete, building maintenance, and wood, we offer customized paint solutions to meet each customer's specific needs. At New Guard Coatings, we value respect and strive to maintain a positive and rewarding workplace environment. You don't need prior experience in the paint industry to apply for this role as we have a strong track record of welcoming individuals new to the industry. The successful candidate will have ample opportunities for personal and professional growth within the company and the sector. This role entails various responsibilities including team management, overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fostering branch growth. Also, manual warehouse tasks are part of the role, so applicants should have physical capabilities.
