- Providing efficient and effective administrative support.
- Establishing a good working relationship with managers, supervisors, and colleagues to ensure the efficient performance of assigned tasks.
- Performing a variety of clerical and administrative duties associated with the Start-up of the project as assigned by the relevant Project Managers and/or Support Team.
- Performing a variety of clerical and administrative duties associated with the steady state delivery of the project by the relevant construction supervision and construction coordinator whilst at site.
- Data entry into IGRIS system.
- Data entry into the Tempest system (typewriting).
- Review of data in the SOLAB system (mobilisation tracking).
- Raising Purchase Orders.
- Provide ad-hoc support and undertaking specific tasks/projects for the Engineering and Survey teams as required.
- Where applicable/required cover for reception and for relevant Business Units in administrative capacity.
- Any other general duties that you may be requested to complete.
- Previous administration experience in a site-based role.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload.
