As the Head of Sales you will lead the field sales team and take responsibility for ensuring that they continue to build upon the healthy momentum and direction they have begun to drive within the sales team.
There is a particular emphasis on leading theteam in line with a sales culture of empowerment and accountability, As well as building upon the strong team culture, the role will be responsible for leading a strong operational approach, based on data driven strategy and ensuring that they further matureour operating model and sales effectiveness.
The Head of Sales will be developing and implementing strategic sales plans, as well as building insights around prospects and clients, with a view to driving revenue.
This is a hands on leadership role that requires an experienced manager to continue and improve on the teams already strong performance.
Experience Required:
Head of Sales
- 5+ year's experience managing fieldbased Business Development teams.
- Experience working within a company providing SaaS, HR Services, Legal Services, Compliance, would be a huge advantage
- Demonstrates a passion and enthusiasm for success, excellent communication skills, strong commercial awareness, time management and organisational skills, alongside a solution mindset.
- Able to lead from the front and by example.
- Developed and implemented strategic sales plans
- Strong forecasting and reporting ability
- Proven use of sales methodology and sales process, including CRM (ideally Salesforce)
- Ability to train, develop, mentor and challenge team members
