Code Red is currently looking for a Housing Senior Project Manager.

The Senior Project Manager will work with functional representatives and stakeholders to deliver projects effectively within defined improvement programmes and corporate plans.

Key Skills:

Motivate team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones
Lead on change management and deliver change management activities as part of the project planning and delivery
Monitor, track and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and critical path
Manage the programme and project budgets
Strong experience of project planning and delivery across the entire project and programme lifecycle including different project methodologies including Prince2, MSP, Agile.
Good knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures.
Strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills including the ability to lead up, across and down multiple business areas.
Demonstrable communication skills; both written and oral with technical and nontechnical staff, all levels of management.
