GE's Power Conversion business, part of GE Vernova, provides electrification systems that are critical to customers' power and energy needs for their high-performance applications.

Are you experienced in Power Generation, installing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and servicing Medium/High Voltage Electrical Equipment? This is a unique chance to travel the world with the mission of transforming the power industry globally and progressing decarbonization.

Utilize your extensive knowledge of industrial power systems, particularly in medium and high voltage electrical technology, to ensure EHS compliance.

Serve as a role model for EHS standards in the field, collaborating with GE EHS leadership, service management teams, and customers.

Deliver comprehensive field services while maintaining high standards of EHS, Quality, and Delivery.
Manage administrative functions like safety plans, risk assessments, and technical reports.
Build strong customer relationships and proactively resolve issues with a keen eye for detail.
Exhibit high energy, self-starter qualities, and excel in working independently.
Efficiently utilize computer tools like MS Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Travel is essential, with 80% of work located in Africa, Russia, Asia, and the EU.

Electrical field engineering background, Electrical maintenance supervisor experience in relevant industries such as steel mills, oil, gas, petrochemical facilities, paper mills, materials handling, mining, or MV/HV electrical testing.

Excellent customer service orientation and proactive problem-solving abilities.
Fluency in English.
Valid passport and driver's license to meet travel requirements.

Successful candidates will be employed under local employment conditions and must already satisfy local employment/work permit and residency regulations.

Ability to obtain a Valid Offshore Survival training certificate (BOSIET, MIST, etc.)
Willing and eligible to work worldwide and offshore at short notice.
Experience in PLC programming and familiarity with Omicron test equipment (Not essential).
