    Class 2 Day Driver

    Bristol

    Do you have a UK Class 2 C Licence?

    The position of Class 2 Day Driver involves:

  • Delivering of goods to convenience stores, using of tail lifts to ensure smooth delivery of stock.
  • Loading/unloading of vehicle using.
  • Keeping in regular contact with the transport team for updates on progress and managing our customer's expectations.
  • You may be required to spend the occasional night out a week (tax free allowance paid).
  • Attending regular training sessions.

    • Essential skills required for Class 2 Day Driver:

  • Must have a UK HGV Class 2 C Licence.
  • Hold a current DCPC Card and UK Digital Tachograph Driver Card.
  • Experience of Tail Lifts is preferred but not essential as full training will be given.
  • Be passionate about providing excellent customer service.
  • Working to deadlines.
  • Confident, polite and a team player.
  • Good geographical knowledge.
  • Due to the nature of the role applicants must be fit, flexible, hardworking and self-motivated.
