As aSales Negotiator you will be responsible for booking viewingsmaintaining customer records and achieving salestargets.
You must have sound knowledge of and experiencein sales and customer service. The individual must provideunrivalled levels of customer service whilst building relationshipsat all levels and achieving results.
You will activelydemonstrate the ability to expand and develop the current role andadd value to the office and thecompany.
PrincipalResponsibilities

• Liaiseon a day to day basis with customers and satisfy then exceedcustomerenquiries
• Achieveall salestargets
• Bookviewings using ITsystem
• Completecustomer records and update records in ITsystem
• Conductaccompanied viewings with clients and establishneeds
• Encouragesecond viewings; offers etc whereappropriate
• Entercustomer viewing feedback on to ITsystem
• Generateoffers
• Adheringto legislation progress offers to sale andcompletion
• Generatenew business by booking valuationappointments
• Buildrelationships with colleagues andclients
• Manageand maintain on a daily basis all administrative systems andprocedures.
• Liaisewith clients and solicitors as appropriate to deliver excellentcustomerservice
• Maintainan excellent standard of companyrecords
• Workclosely with other third party operators where appropriate toexceed customerexpectations
• Administerall responsibilities in the most cost effective way and alwaysoperate within approved budgets and CompanyPolicies
• Tocommunicate the Company vision and values where appropriate to allcustomers and thirdparties.
