    Description

    An exciting full-time opportunity awaits you in a prominent Health Insurance company that is actively seeking to fill a crucial senior position.     We are looking for someone who can grasp our future Company needs, leverage their experience to drive contractual efficiencies, and show a strong determination to overcome challenges. A background in Medical or NHS contracts would be highly beneficial for this role.

    About the Role:

    • Lead and manage healthcare contracts, negotiating costs effectively.
    • Ensure procedures comply with FCA guidelines and best business practices.
    • Manage appointments professionally to foster external business relationships with medical service providers.
    • Produce insightful reports to aid decision-making and foster innovation.
    • Support product and service development.
    • Drive continuous improvement in performance and processes.
    • Collaborate with the Claims Manager to address service invoice queries.
    • Assist in developing services through the company's Medical Advisory Panel.
    • Stay updated on industry changes to support business activities effectively.

    Your Qualities:

    • Experience in a contractual environment.
    • Strong commercial acumen.
    • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
    • Effective problem-solving and analytical capabilities with a focus on results.
    • Excellent communication skills and a strong team player.
