- Analyse and improve productivity, quality, and customer-service standards for the logistics function for the client team
- Product handling and logistics requirements - implementing, enforcing, and evaluating policies and procedures.
- Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures - complying with legal regulations, KPI's and ISO requirements.
- You will partake in team meetings to report on our Client SLA's & KPIs
- Work with logistics providers to plan and execute campaigns
- Annual forecasting for logistics expenditures to drive cost and carbon reductions via proactive & alternative solutions where possible while always maintaining SLA's as a minimum.
- Contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews and provide regular financial and KPI reporting updates
- Proactive management of responsbilities
- Excellent, recent experience within a logistics management role
- Expertise in logistics management procedures and best practises
- Experience in global POSM logistics
- Organised, efficient, structured, focused and goal oriented
- Flexible, dedicated, loyal and passionate for the job
- Motivated, proactive, analytical and a proven problem solver
- Confident with using Microsoft Office and be familiar with any other software pertinent to your industry
- Experience of excelling within a fast paced, high energy environments
