- 監控中心日常維運事務,如報表整理。
- 資安案件追蹤、客戶問題反應處理,在事件調查期間負責緊急通報窗口,在第一回應時間SLA內回應客戶,並接聽客戶的電話。
- 需願意學習,認真負責,主動積極。
- 無經驗者亦可,本公司提供在職訓練,並能從工作中獲得許多資安的技能與知識,歡迎對資安學習有熱忱的朋友加入。
- 必需具備基礎網路知識(TCP/IP)。
- 具備Linux系統基礎操作。
