    This role supports our EMEA Sales Engineer (SE) team, strategy, development and execution of Zoom's technical sales enablement programs focused on our innovative product portfolio and platform.

    will cultivate strong positive relationships with key members of Sales, Sales Engineers (SE), Product Marketing and other cross-functional roles
    lead and be accountable for the development, adoption and ongoing success of programs, content and tools that build product knowledge and enable SE selling skills focused on value-based messaging
    are a driven, analytical, creative problem solver
    have experience with enablement and sales tools including program management, content management and learning management systems, sales process (CRM), sales messaging, and sales methodology (Value Selling + MEDDICC)
    5+ years experience in SaaS/telephony and/or High-Tech sales engineer (SE) experience
    Excellent presentation, communication and organizational skills that help lead and deliver projects, programs, and initiatives

    Handle Ambiguity:
    Can effectively cope with change, shift gears comfortably, decide and act without having the total picture, and handle risk and uncertainty
    Help deploy compelling technical training, content/sales processes, and tools to SE organization

    Support product launches by preparing and allowing the technical sales force to understand and demonstrate our solutions, including creation of Job Aids, coordination and scheduling of presentations and presenters, and other launch materials.

    Responsible for all aspects of technical sales onboarding programs, per solution consultant role, managing, enhancing, and curating training content, scheduling and coordination, and project management the creation and deployment of technical enablement programs and strategizes, creating coaching activities, and instructor-led technical sales training.

    Management/administration of SE technical sandbox environment, own, coordinate and management of SE enablement events (Virtual and in person), program manage SE workshops/summits

    Responsible for tracking and analysis or technical enablement programs and content usage through established tools, including gathering feedback from the sales team to constantly improve support programs.

    Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
    Travel up to 20% of the time
    Experience in curriculum development, training, and delivery experience
    Experience with in-person and virtual training facilitation, adult learning best practices, and informal learning.
