Key Responsibilities:


  • Identification of training and coaching needs in the organization.
  • Conducting internal communication in the company.
  • Organization of communication meetings with the Team.
  • Introduction of organizational culture based on held values.
  • Implementation of projects in the field of training and improving the qualifications of employees.
  • Cooperation with suppliers of the People Systems department.
  • Promoting continuous improvement within People Systems processes, as well as initiating and developing organizational development initiatives.
  • Communicating effectively and openly and engaging in Courageous Conversations.
  • Managing recruitment processes to ensure the consistency of the "Right people in the right place" policy.
  • Providing leadership on individual development plans and performance plans and supporting Team members' organizational development initiatives that include IQ/EQ training.
  • Providing recommendations and cooperation with the law firm, People Systems management, department heads, team members in order to ensure consistent and proper resolution of problems in the field of employee relations.
  • Handling general People Systems questions by answering or forwarding as appropriate.

  • Develop key performance indicators and trend analyses with recommendations to assist in improving cost efficiencies within the operation
