Description

Our client, a groundbreaking London-based medical biotech firm is looking for an experienced EA / PA on a temporary basis (for circa 1 month initially with a view to potentially extending into the longer-term) to support 3 VPs.

Immediate start. Predominantly remote working.

Rate:
£20.00- £22.00 per hour plus holiday pay

Hours: 9-5

Hybrid working:

the offices are based West London and you would need to be able to commute to the office when necessary (for key meetings etc for which UK travel would be reimbursed) and there is the
option to work remotely after initial handover/training.

You must have previous PA/EA experience providing support to board level and have excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams) and more general support tasks such as expenses administration and travel booking.

As this role is supports three VPs, all working internationally, you must have excellent diary management skills and be able to adapt quickly to ever
- changing diaries and priorities.

PA/EA experience within the medical biotech, pharmaceutical or health sectors would be highly desirable
