    The Job:

    Role Overview:
    - Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of 7 drivers and 6 order pickers.
    - Ensure on-time, full, and safe delivery of building materials to customers.
    - Ensure compliance of in-house vehicles with legal and contractual requirements.
    - Optimize delivery routing for efficiency.
    - Keyholding and Duty Management.
