    Description

    Are you an experienced and dedicated ICT teacher searching for an exciting opportunity in a lively secondary school in Birmingham?

    Tradewind Recruitment is currently looking for a Secondary Qualified ICT Teacher to join a reputable mainstream mixed secondary school after the October half-term break. This long-term supply role has the potential to transition into a permanent position for the right candidate, ensuring a minimum term commitment. Competitive pay rates are available from day one on supply, ranging from £154-£239 per day PAYE, based on experience.

    Responsibilities:
    • Teach KS3 and KS4 ICT, including planning, preparing, marking, and delivering engaging lessons.
    • Show recent experience teaching ICT in a UK school, specifically at the GCSE level.
    • Cultivate a positive learning atmosphere, ensuring students' development and engagement.
    • Collaborate with the supportive and amicable staff within the school community.
    Requirements:
    • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant academic qualifications.
    • Demonstrated experience teaching KS3 and KS4 ICT in a UK school environment.
    • Ability to plan, prepare, mark, and deliver top-quality ICT lessons up to GCSE level.
    • Excellent communication skills and a strong dedication to enhancing student learning.
    • Commitment to creating an inclusive and encouraging classroom environment.
