The Role (£28,000 to £35,000 DOE)
Your duties will include but are not be limed to;

Sales ledger (sales invoicing through Xero & EDI)
Management of Invoice Factoring facility
Credit Control (posting of receipts from customers and chasing any unpaid invoices)
Accounts Payables (Working through inboxes, obtaining approval of invoices, obtaining delivery notes, and posting to Xero)
Processing of Weekly and Monthly Payroll
Daily, weekly & monthly Management Reporting
Balance sheet reconciliations
Preparation of the monthly management accounts
Support the finance director with the preparation of year end statutory accounts & R&D submissions
KPI reporting
Cash flow forecasting
Assisting with any ad hoc tasks where required.
