The Role (£28,000 to £35,000 DOE)
Your duties will include but are not be limed to;

  • Sales ledger (sales invoicing through Xero & EDI)
  • Management of Invoice Factoring facility
  • Credit Control (posting of receipts from customers and chasing any unpaid invoices)
  • Accounts Payables (Working through inboxes, obtaining approval of invoices, obtaining delivery notes, and posting to Xero)
  • Processing of Weekly and Monthly Payroll
  • Daily, weekly & monthly Management Reporting
  • Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Preparation of the monthly management accounts
  • Support the finance director with the preparation of year end statutory accounts & R&D submissions
  • KPI reporting
  • Cash flow forecasting
  • Assisting with any ad hoc tasks where required.

The Successful Applicant

  • Completed AAT desirable but not essential
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience working as part of a finance team
  • Currently studying or desire to begin ACCA or CIMA.
  • Microsoft Excel Intermediate / Advanced
  • Analytical and inquisitive by nature
  • Forward thinking/proactive
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience with working to deadlines.
