The Gloucestershire Health & Care Integrated Children Services are looking for a Personal Assistant to join the friendly supportive team based at Acorn House, Gloucester.

This is a busy but rewarding post as you will be responsible for the provision of high-quality administrative support to the Deputy Service Director.

Working closely with the Deputy Service Director you will be responsible for a range of activities, including complex diary management, comprehensive meeting support, production of quality correspondence and reports, effective record keeping and data entry.

You will have experience of using Microsoft office packages to a high level and be very comfortable with data base use.

You will need to be highly organised, have excellent IT skills and be able to remain calm under pressure. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain successful working relationships within the wider team are vital.

  • To provide a full confidential, administrative and secretarial service to the Deputy Service Director (including wider CYPS/CAMHS Management as requested)
  • To work as a member of the wider PA team to ensure service delivery and adequate PA cover is provided
  • To project the professional image of the business through demonstrating excellent customer care in all activities
  • To adopt a constantly flexible approach to ensure that objectives are completed efficiently and within given timescales
  • To maintain confidentiality at all times
