    Receptionist for an Investment Management Firm in the West End.

    A growing investment management firm based in the West End is seeking a well-presented and customer-service-oriented Receptionist to join their welcoming and sociable team. This is an exciting opportunity with great progression prospects, as the company is renowned for its low staff turnover and vibrant, fun culture.

    Role: Receptionist
    Duration: Full time
    Start date: ASAP
    Salary: Up to £33,000 DOE
    Working Hours: 9:00 - 18:00, 5 days in the office
    Location: West End

    Responsibilities:
    • Front desk coverage, warmly greeting clients and guests as they arrive
    • Managing meeting rooms efficiently
    • Coordinating various events, including board meetings
    • Visitor management, ensuring a smooth experience
    • Handling incoming and outgoing mail and documentation
    • Maintaining office supplies and coordinating with the Office manager
    Requirements:
    • Customer-service orientated
    • Proactive approach and a team player
    • Strong desire to learn
    • Adaptable and willing to take on a diverse range of tasks
