- Develop skills in relation to supervision of junior staff, students and support teaching and training of individuals/carers/other staff /new members of the team.
- Assist with the implementation and monitoring of clinical standards and outcome measures.
- Engage in clinical supervision and reflective practice including management of self and reflection on own reactions, asking questions and reflecting on feedback.

Job summary
An Exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 4 Registered Nurse Associate within our Children's Community Nursing Care Team, covering a 7 day a week service. Core hours of the service are 08:30-16:30.
The post holder will support children and families alongside the multi-disciplinary team with their caseload consisting of children or young people. Some of these will have very complex healthcare needs.
Emphasis will be on the quality of care for the child and families. Duties will include delivery of clinical care within the home or clinic environment, by completing tasks such as blood taking, Injections, wound care, teaching, Nasogastric and Gastrostomy support.
Main duties of the job
We are looking for candidates with a passion for Community Nursing, and people that really what to make a difference, to improve quality for children and young people on the Paediatric Community Nursing caseload. If this is you then please get in touch.
