    Our client is a renowned healthcare provider, specialising in care homes and services for adults with complex needs. They are committed to delivering person-centred care, and they're looking for a Commissioning Care Home Manager who shares this ethos.
    As a Commissioning Care Home Manager, you will:
    • Drive occupancy by effectively marketing the home
    • Foster continuous improvement within your team
    • Build strong relationships with local authorities and stakeholders
    • Ensure the delivery of person-centred care
    • Recruit, train, and supervise staff to maintain high standards of care and safety
    Package and Benefits:
    As the Commissioning Care Home Manager, you will receive:

    The ideal Commissioning Care Home Manager will have:
    • Qualifications as a Nurse (RMN/RNLD/RGN)
    • Understanding of CQC regulations
    • Strong management and communication skills
    • Ability to manage budgets and financial plans
    • Experience in leading a multidisciplinary team
    • Commissioning experience, although this is not essential
