    Description

    CHILDRENS CARE HOME MANAGER

    We are seeking an experienced Children's Home Manager who is looking for a new challenge. The role is with a great company who manage a portfolio of homes and they are very well respected for their levels of care and how the staff are treated.

    This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for a challenge and the opportunity to help a service grow and to ensure the lives of the service users are fully supported with excellent levels of care. This role is to manage one of their homes in Birmingham.

    • Competitive salary ranging from £45,000 to £50,000 per annum DOE plus £5,000 bonus
    The role:
    As a Children's Home Manager your role will include
    • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the children's home
    • Ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support to the children and young people
    • Managing and leading a team of care professionals
    • Maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and company policies
    • Building positive relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders
    The Candidate:
    The ideal candidate for the Children's Home Manager should have:
    • Relevant experience in a managerial role within a children's residential setting
    • Strong leadership and communication skills
    • Understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices in children's residential care
    • Commitment to providing a safe and nurturing environment for children and young people
