HR Business Partner - South Birmingham

Paying up to £60k (including car allowance)

12 month Maternity Contract

Do you have human resources business partnering experience and looking for a career move? Culture Recruitment Group is helping a large UK-based business find a full-time HR Business Partner, and the role comes with a salary of c£55k and an excellent benefitspackage.

As part of the People Partnering team, you will support a range of stakeholders across the business and report directly to the HR Director.

As a BP your key stakeholders will be the leadership team of Exeter site and some support to the Birmingham site.

In a typical week in this HR role, you will:

Partner with stakeholders, delivering people solutions aligned to business objectives
Create and implement a People Plan for your business areas with actions that support the delivery of the overall Group People strategy
Focus on organisational design, talent attraction, retention and development to support succession planning
Support managers to proactively manage employee relations issues.
Experience as part of a highperforming team within a blue collar workforce ideally
Previous senior HRBP experience.
The ability to establish effective relationships to collaborate, persuade and influence
The skill to interpret and analyse data and propose actions to drive positive change

In return for your knowledge and expertise, you will receive a salary of £50-£60,000 and the opportunity to work with a collaborative and supportive team.
