    Job Title: Contract Manager

    Company: Leading privately owned, multi-disciplinary chartered building, civil engineering, manufacturing, and facilities management company

    Location: Nottingham

    Salary: Up to £70,000

    Role Overview:

    Joining as our Contract Manager means diving into a world where your decisions directly impact project success. Your key tasks will involve:

    • Overseeing all contractual aspects from start to finish
    • Ensuring projects meet deadlines, budget, and quality standards
    • Building and nurturing relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders
    • Negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance
    • Monitoring progress, identifying risks, and devising solutions
    • Leading and inspiring project teams towards collaboration and communication
    • Regular site visits to maintain performance and quality standards
    • Managing project finances and ensuring cost control
    • Upholding health and safety protocols
    • Reporting project status to senior management and clients

    • Proven experience in Contract Management within relevant sectors
