Client Representative

Responsibilities:


  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships
  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs, goals, and preferences
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requests are addressed in a timely manner
  • We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who is passionate about providing exceptional service to our clients

Qualifications:


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational skills

Salary:
From £25,214.36 per year
