Are you a natural problem-solver with a technical mind? Join Alamy as their new Senior IT Engineer and you will find the perfect situations to nurture those talents.

In this role you will be responsible for developing and supporting Alamy's end user computing landscape across global locations. You will provide software and hardware support to the business, both desk-side, and remotely.


You will focus on configurating and supporting internal users, resolving issues, managing user equipment and consumables, and maintaining and developing user-related software and hardware.

Your daily tasks will be to:

  • Maintenance of standard PC/ laptop builds.
  • Management of the IT Service requests in coordination with the India IT Services team.
  • Installation and deployment of laptops, desktops, and mobile using enterprise deployment tools.
  • User maintenance and access management.
  • Securing the EUC assets using enterprise tooling.
  • Support with the maintenance and security of Alamy's network and server infrastructure.
  • Work with the Delivery teams to safely transition new and amended services into operations.
  • Champion the use of EUC productivity tools.
  • Management of EUC refresh projects.
  • Maintain a knowledge of the latest technology services and drive service improvements.

What we need from you:


  • A degree in Computing or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience using ITSM tools for incident management.
  • Comfortability working collaboratively with 3rd parties.
  • Experience troubleshooting software issues on Windows.
  • Skilled at troubleshooting hardware issues and replacing hardware on desktops and laptops.
  • Great customer service skills.
  • Familiarity of administration of Office365
