Resourcing Business Partner / Talent Acquistion Specialist

West Midlands

£250.00 per day

6 Months - you will need to be available at very short notice

You will have autonomy and be able to take ownership of your role enabling you to learn and develop your skill set.

The key focus of this Resourcing Business Partner Advisor role is to provide a full 360 recruitment service to your key stakeholders - with a big focus on stakeholder management and collaboration.

Skilled at building relationships you will embrace the stakeholder consultation and engagement this role offers.

As the Resourcing Business Partner you will work autonomously, and not be micro managed.

Resourcing Business Partner / Resourcing Advisor - Key Responsibilities

Develop relationships with stakeholders to fully understand the resourcing needs of their areas both current and future
Manage the process from start to finish, ensuring job briefs are in line with the business / functional needs, individuals are recruited within the timeframes specified
Advise and decide on the most appropriate recruitment solution for positions
Build effective pipelines
Discuss and agree with stakeholders the most effective sourcing strategies
Create and manage direct sourcing campaigns
This is a hands on recruitment role where your expertise and involvement will be key in the selection process
Build partnerships with agencies
Manage recruitment from interview to offer stage

Key Skills and Experience*
Experience of a high volume / fast paced recruitment environment
Need a high attention to detail with a disciplined approach
Able to build relationships within a professional services culture
