- Assist the Finance director in the preparation of monthly management accounts including prepayment, accrual, journal posting, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Provide Support to the finance director in various budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Manage Debtors Control account by making sure contracts and jobs Sales invoices reconciled against the accounting system and sales invoicing system.
- Work closely with service, maintenance, project, procurement, and IT team to integrate financial systems with operational systems and provide training and support to other staff members on the use of systems and tools to streamline processes.
- Manage and maintain systems, including accounting software, stock management systems, and other relevant platforms to improve efficiency and accuracy. Track and Maintain stock valuation between accounting system and stock management system.
- Cover other finance functions in the absence of team member including sales and purchase posting, credit card posting, supplier payments and bank reconciliation.
