This role entails
We're looking for either a creative with advertising experience: a mid-weight copywriter, art director or hybrid. Or, a creative with game studio experience. Or both.

As a Metaverse Creative, you will be combining these two worlds, working to create pieces of effective advertising, which are also engaging playable experiences.


The main purpose of this role will be concepting and producing compelling and imaginative Metaverse activations for brands and entertainment IP as they look to enter these spaces.

You will also support the MD in pitching to clients and winning new business by developing creative strategies, concepts, and presentations.


This role will also help to oversee the development and production of Metaverse projects working with our production partners to ensure delivery is in line with the creative strategy, and adheres to platform best practices and capabilities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Create concepts, creative strategies and visual collateral for clients across various Metaverse platforms, related technologies and other media.
  • Work with the CD to ensure strong creative responses to pitches, briefs and client requests.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Identify appropriate Metaverse platforms and technologies in relation to the client brief and work with the wider team to identify and liaise with production partners.
  • Oversee and manage production partners to ensure campaign delivery is in line with creative strategy.
  • Work independently and collaboratively with the team and the wider organisation across multiple projects.

To be considered for this opportunity you will need to demonstrate the following skills:


Minimum role criteria:


  • Industry experience & track record of successfully bringing campaigns from brief to delivery.
  • Experience working with production partners to oversee the delivery of creative builds across different technologies and platforms.
  • Knowledge of gaming, the Metaverse and related technologies such as AR, VR & NFTs and how they can play a role in advertising and entertainment.

The Key role criteria are as follows:

  • Experience and understanding of UGC games platforms.
  • Confident communicator who can explain technical concepts.
  • Experience as a creative for an advertising agency, brand, or game studio.
  • Unreal Engine experience not essential, but desirable.
  • Experience creating advertising campaigns related to gaming and technologies such as VR and AR.
