Reed Accountancy in Oxford are pleased to be partnering with a successful, well-established organisation based in Abingdon, who are looking for an Accounts Payable Administrator.

This 12 month temporary contract offers a salary of up to £25,000 per annum,20 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), hybrid working, free onsite parking, good pension and an entry-level opportunity to join a close-knit finance team.

Additionally, there will be a comprehensive training programme in place.


ACCOUNTS PAYABLE CLERK
12 month temporary contract

Up to £25,000 (based on experience)

The responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

  • Setting up accounts and entering suppliers invoices in the finance system
  • Processing manual payments (BACS and cheques)
  • Completing journals for inter database invoices
  • Requesting copy invoices and sending them to the offices to be authorised
  • Run the report for new account/account changes
