SEND Teaching Assistant - Crawley - Full-time - Start January or February 2023


We are seeking experienced class support staff to join us on our successful journey to holistically promote Inclusion, Independence, and Self-worth in all areas of school life to their amazing students.

Requirements:


  • Desire & passion for working with young people & supporting those with complex needs
  • Understanding of vulnerable young people & how to approach sensitive situations
  • Experience of working with students with a range of complex needs, including ASC or Emotional, Social and Attachment related needs (desirable)
  • Experience working with behaviour & the use of interventions/strategies in education (desirable)
  • Give details for us to complete Reference checks;
  • Provide an Enhanced DBS disclosure
