ROLES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES:


We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a can-do attitude to fulfil the role of the night time office restocker.

This role would require both doing the job of restocking the offices to the highest standard and managing a team of people who are doing the same.

The purpose of this role is to support our clients offices outside of working hours by restocking and replenishing goods and ensuring the office is beautifully presented for the following day.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Management and scheduling of current team
  • Overseeing staff rotas and reporting for payroll
  • Conduct second interviews, responsible for training and BrightHR input
  • Restocking and maintaining all consumable items, ensuring items are fresh and replenished at all times
  • Ensuring all confectionery and fresh fruit are displayed as per the clients requirement
  • Maintain cleanliness across all work areas, kitchens, fridges, coffee machines etc
  • Raising complaints or feedback to the client's internal system
*Full training will be provided
