Join the team as a Corporate Associate, where you'll have the opportunity to provide practical legal advice to clients on a wide range of corporate matters.

With 2-5 years of post-qualification experience, you'll manage a diverse workload efficiently, draft documents independently, and assist with due diligence processes.

Role and Responsibilities:

Provide clear and commercially sound legal advice to clients, ensuring effective communication.
Manage a diverse workload efficiently, maintaining costeffectiveness under supervision.
Draft documents independently and negotiate transactional agreements with mínimal guidance.
Coordinate due diligence processes, reviewing documents and identifying key issues.
Assist with corporate reorganizations, investment advisory mandates, and general corporate matters.

Person Specification:

Qualified lawyer in England and Wales (or equivalent).
25+ years PQE
Strong ability to understand client needs and exercise legal judgment.
Effective time management and attention to detail.
Flexible approach and willingness to undertake various tasks.
Excellent communication skills and ability to build client relationships.
