Our client is a specialist in the provision of expert tax advice and general business support as well as a range of Accountancy services.
They have growing client base and continue to win new clients, many of these have significant growth potential.They are looking for an experienced, qualified Accountant to join them as a Accounts Manager where you will manage a small team responsible for the preparation of statutory accounts for their clients
Your responsibilities will include:
- Working closely with clients to support growth and investment, and provide advice and support where needed
- Planning and allocating work to the team and tracking to ensure all deadlines are met
- Preparation of statutory accounts using IRIS
- Supporting trainees with any technical queries and training they require
- Overseeing Bookkeeping using Xero
- Working with the Tax team and providing support when appropriate
To be considered, you will be a qualified accountant with strong technical ability and ideally experience of managing or supervising a team.
You will be able to manage client relationships and identify new areas of support required - working with the Partnersto develop relevant proposals.
In addition to this, you will be able to work in a fast-paced environment where the needs of your clients will change and develop as they grow.
