Vendor Compliance Analyst / Permanent/ £25,000 - £30,000/ Leicester / Hybrid

Macildowie are excited to be partnered with this growing organisation based in South Leicestershire who are looking to recruit for an experienced
Accounts Professional for this newly created position in the business.


The role would suit somebody from a
Senior Accounts Payable, Credit Control or Compliance positionand your main purpose would be the responsibility of compliance for new and existing vendors into the business, as well as having full responsibility for the staff expense system.

The business operate on a
flexible working model with time spent split between the office and at home.


Your Duties will include:
M

  • Supplier process management
  • Travel & Expense administration
  • Corporate Card Scheme Management
  • Data management and integrity in all systems
  • Challenge, review, recommend and implement best practice to promote compliance to business policies
  • Provide accurate and timely management information and key performance indicators to Manager and Senior management on all aspects of the role
  • Develop and control process workflows to ensure accuracy and efficiency through best practice
  • Responsible for provision of training and clear guidelines for the specified processes
  • Provide accurate and clear audit trails within the specified processes
  • Provide first level advice to internal/external stakeholders, suppliers & customers
  • Provide support for audit and other internal and external bodies

To be successful in this role you will ideally have:

  • Purchase Ledger/Credit Control/Underwriting experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to coach, motivate and inspire
  • IT literate especially Excel and Word
  • Working knowledge of SAP
  • Proven track record in delivering process improvements
  • Basic accounting and problemsolving skills
  • Selfmotivated and proactive
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Strong organisation and planning ability
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
  • A high level of integrity and a professional approach
  • Energetic and hands on
