Description
We are looking for an experienced Commercial Management Surveyor to join our client's growing and ambitious Commercial and Strategic Asset Management team in Mayfair, London, and will also benefit from hybrid working arrangements and flexible working hours


Our client is a leading player in the property industry with a solid foundation of mutual trust and a strong reputation as a 'partner with a purpose'.


This is an excellent opportunity for a surveyor with 3-5 years of experience in commercial property management to take on a portfolio of properties, working on behalf of a range of clients.


Key Responsibilities:
w

  • Efficiently manage a portfolio of properties across different sectors on behalf of a number of clients.
  • Anticipate, monitor, and resolve issues related to property management.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and undertake regular inspections.
  • Assist in preparing annual budgets and manage expenditure throughout the year.
  • Manage and collect sums owed by occupiers relating to rent, service charge, insurance, and any other sums due under the lease.
  • Prepare client reports and attend management meetings.

Requirements:


  • At least 35 years of direct experience as a Commercial Property Surveyor.
  • Proven ability to interpret and implement policies, procedures, and legislation relevant to commercial property management/surveying.
  • Working knowledge of Landlord and Tenant legislation.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise activities, and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Proven track record of effective communication with individuals at all levels.
  • Proven track record of managing various stakeholder relationships to get consensus on solutions.
  • MRICS qualified (desirable, but not essential).
  • IT literate (Microsoft packages).
Our client offers a salary up to £50k depending on experience, as well as a range of generous benefits.
