- Ownership and responsibility for managing a caseload of residential property sale and purchase cases from instruction through to completion
- Provide cover for colleagues on other cases with direction from Team Leaders and Senior Property Lawyers
- Use the case management system to accurately update case tasks and activities in a timely manner
- Manage deadlines and deal with exchange of contracts and completion of transactions
- Providing proactive communication to keep customers, partners and other conveyancers updated on case progress
- Undertake file audits and reviews
- Deliver KPIs that provide excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Assist with team development, and mentoring
- 1-4 years PQE in residential conveyancing (SRA / CLC or CILEx)
- Evidence of recent CPD including AML training
- Strong communication skills
- Strong affinity for digital technology
- Experience and competency in freehold sales and purchase, leasehold sales and purchases, registered property, re-mortgaging work and transfers of equity
- Fully remote working
