SOX Consultant | Software Tech Business | 6 Month Contract
Harmonic are delighted to have partnered with an established software tech company.

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious SOX (Sarbannes Oxley) Consultant who is ready to hit the ground running on a 6-month contract.

Based in scenic East Wales, the client's offering a hybrid working environment; 3 days a week in the office for the first month and the potential to reduce to 2 days a week after the first month.

Flexibility on this can potentially be discussed with theclient.

The Role
The client is owned by a well-established and successful US-listed business.

As a result, they require the support of a SOX accounting expert who has the capability to ensure that Finance, HR and IT are reporting correctly and compliantly with SOX standards.

You will act as the primary point of contact between the UK CFO and the USA Group CFO to co-ordinate with USA stakeholders to ensure integration of the different streams of Finance (tax, treasury, FP&A etc).

You will be adept at creating and monitoring documentationand be a strong verbal communicator.

Essential Skills:

Audit and assurance background.
Strong understanding of financial controls.
Excellent experience in SOX compliance and relevant documentation.
Previous experience of implementing SOX before, and ability to coordinate with stakeholders to integrate the different streams (tax, treasury, FP&A etc).

Start Date:

ASAP

Duration: 6 months - opportunity for temp to perm.

Offered Package:
£525-£700 Per day (Outside IR/35)
