Banking and Finance Associate Solicitor, Newcastle
Meraki Talent is currently looking to recruit a Banking and Finance Associate Solicitor to join their growing team in Newcastle
This international firm has a great reputation and is renowned for their Banking and Finance work. They are also great promoters of health and wellbeing and invest in their staff from day one.
The offices are one of a kind and the firm supports a hybrid working model.

You can expect to work with major banks, export credit agencies, and financial providers
You will have the opportunity to work on national and cross border work
You will work alongside teams in project finance, real estate finance, insolvency and others
Draft and negotiate LMA facility documents, English law security documents
Help supervise trainees and paralegals
You will work closely with other members of the team

About You

You will be a qualified Solicitor with experience in banking and finance
You will have a keen interest in this area of law
Attention to detail
Ability to work towards deadlines and multitask
Work well as part of a team
