    Description

    This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside the head of the department delivering high-quality legal services and contributing to the growth and development of the department.

    More importantly this role provides a rare and exciting opportunity for the right candidate to develop the role with a clear career path to partner level.

    By joining our team you will have a varied case load of running client matters including:

    • Landlord and tenant Agreements for lease/Leases Development – acting in site acquisition, planning and leasehold disposals
    • Funding agreements
    • Promotion Agreements
    • Options and rights of pre-emption
    • Overage and clawback arrangements
    • Planning agreements
    • Leasehold Assignments
    • Freehold Acquisition and Disposal
    • Acting for lenders
    • High level advice

      Experience and skills This is a senior role so best suited to someone with the equivalent of 7+years PQE. However, less experienced candidates who can prove they have the skills and qualities needed will certainly be considered. We are looking for a self-sufficient individual with excellent IT skills and ability to develop positive relationships with a strong focus on marketing and networking for business development.

Since then, the Firm has grown with the city, attracting high quality lawyers from Milton Keynes and London, and we are proud of the fact that three of our current Partners started their legal careers with the firm. We also expanded considerably in 2006 after being joined by a number of key lawyers from the regional heavyweight Fennemores Solicitors – which added more depth and expertise to our Dispute Resolution & Litigation, Property and Personal Injury departments.

      Today we have over 40 staff members – and many of our partners are accredited specialists in the Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners legal directories. We are a skilled and experienced team who play a full part in the business and local community.
