Reed Financial Services are proud to be representing a leading Financial Planning Specialist in Wales working with high net worth individuals.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced financial planner to join a well-established award-winning firm looking for someone to take over an existing client bank, whilst looking to grow the business through further referrals.
The opportunity offers flexibility in working location, from being able to carry out meetings remotely from home, face to face, or from the office based just outside of Swansea.
Qualifications:
Full Financial Planning Diploma Level 4, Chartered (Near or full status)
Company Benefits:
- Dedicated personal Administrator support provided
- Level 4 Diploma qualified Paraplanner shared with one other Financial Planner
- No requirement to attend office other than for meetings with clients and where required members of the team
- Lucrative remuneration can be earned, once validation and compliance measures achieved
- Client bank of £20m+ provided
This role would suit:
- Experienced Financial Planner, comfortable working with highnetworth clients and complex needs
- Existing client bank desirable but client bank of £20m+ provided
- Someone with experience of cashflow modelling (desirable)
The Responsibilities:
- Meeting clients and discussing their finances and financial goals.
- Conduct indepth reviews of clients' financial circumstances, current provision and future aims based on their changing needs and circumstances.
- Analyse information and present financial plans best suited to individual clients' requirements.
- Assess client's attitude to risk and capacity for loss.
- Liaise with financial services providers to keep up to date on solutions in the marketplace.
- Review recommendation reports prepared by the professional support team.
- Develop new client opportunities via referrals, professional connections, and networking in line with the growth strategy adopted by the business.
- Meeting the regulatory aspects of the role, e.g. requirements for disclosure, costs of the services provided and costs the advised products.
- Maintaining professional qualifications, e.g. ongoing assessments, and structured continuous professional development.
- Deliver all the above with integrity, honesty and professionalism.
