    Description

    My client is a leading global fintech firm specialising in treasury-focused solutions (including FX, cash management and fund finance) for corporates and institutions.

    They recently expanded their offering across the Private Markets sector (i.e. Private Equity, Private Credit, Alternative Investments) and are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Presales Consultant to join their team.

    In this role, you will be responsible for being a subject matter expert for the companies' offerings to potential clients, by conducting product demonstrations and providing technical expertise to support the sales process.


    Responsibilities:
    Collaborate with sales team to identify potential clients and understand their unique requirements/pain points.
    Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations, highlighting the key features, benefits, and competitive advantages of their offering.
    Provide technical expertise/consultative support to clients, addressing their queries and concerns regarding treasury and private markets-focused solutions.
    Participate in client meetings, presentations, and pitches, effectively communicating complex financial concepts and strategies.
    Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments to ensure solutions remain competitive and relevant.


    Qualifications:


    Minimum of 3 years of experience in FX and/or private markets, with a proven track record in presales or client-facing roles.

    Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand and address client requirements.
    Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, implementation, and technical support.
    Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in the FX and private markets domains (including API solutions).
    Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
