- Independently work with Solution Sales Specialists and Account Managers to identify, qualify, and advance transformation opportunities in Data Center, Hybrid, and Edge fields
- Assist in promoting technologies from industry-leading partners and Computacenter's professional services catalog, including private cloud, migration, and application discovery
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations, becoming a go-to technical advisor
- Become an expert on our Data Center & Hybrid go-to-market strategies internally and advocate for them within the sales community
- Contribute to the growth and achievement of sales targets for the Data Center & Hybrid Solution Area
- Help shape the propositions and strategies of the Data Center & Hybrid Solution Area in collaboration with development teams and the Office of the CTO
- Represent Computacenter in partner boards and forums, attend relevant industry events, and serve as a technical escalation point within the organization while ensuring knowledge sharing
- Engage with cross-functional teams across Computacenter to facilitate customer access to essential technology solutions and services
- Provide insights on propositions and market dynamics to Solution Sales Specialists in customer engagements
- Gain an in-depth understanding of customer challenges and relay them to our development initiatives to ensure our solutions stay relevant and competitive
- Collaborate with marketing to align technical and solution resources with customer messaging
- Attend customer meetings to comprehend and convey business and technical strategies for Computacenter and clients
- Support development and maintenance of Sales Enablement resources and training for new solutions
- Assist sales teams in comprehending our solutions through education, training, and collateral
- Prior experience in managing customer relationships from a technical standpoint
- Demonstrated ability in crafting innovative customer solutions within Data Center & Hybrid Technologies
- Capability to spot commercial opportunities in Data Center & Hybrid Technologies
- Experience in assisting customers to acquire professional services alongside technology solutions
