    TEAM RESPONSIBLITIES:

    The purpose of the EMEA Advanced Analytics team is to create, scale, and deliver new data science solutions to power Omni apps, on-demand services, and applied solutions for our clients in EMEA.

    To deliver against this objective, the team is organised across the 4 global Advanced Analytics functions:
    Audience Insight & Activation
    Planning Portfolio

    Connected Measurement:
    Measurement & Optimisation
    Innovation


    ROLE SUMMARY:

    The role is a rare opportunity to be right at the forefront of media and brand analytics, leveraging a leading global platform and data science team to aid the biggest marketers with game changing solutions around the measurement and optimisation of media.

    Through a regional community of data scientists that will be available to you, you will help solve some of the biggest challenges in the industry by going above and beyond.

    Your role will be the lead on client engagement and technical deployment of our innovative measurement solutions to our key clients and partners.

    This role is right for you if you want to advance as a client facing analytics professional, by working closer with innovation and solving for the scalability of marketing solutions across markets.


    You will:

    Impress clients Lead client engagements with our existing measurement solutions across multiple markets, from MMM to other time series solutions which provide agile, and tactical insights for clients.

    Facilitate the best in class Whether it is being the expert on a new regional data set, or training data scientists on a new solution, you will help ensure that our best in practice solutions are supported and effective.

    Innovate Contribute to development of measurement and optimisation solutions as an expert in your field.

    Learn and share As a manager in the region with dozens of markets, you will be one face of regional best practices and you will need to be a self-starter who loves to collaborate and build relationships with a diverse set of practitioners.


    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Managing the deployment of client deliverables across traditional MMM, and custom in-house econometrics and time series solutions for more granular and agile deliverables.

    Being the expert, both technical and solutions, on the above solutions, and training analysts and data scientists on these capabilities.

    Helping junior analysts and data scientists in delivering on a project and product, with potential to line manage in the future.

    Effectively communicate the attributes of our solutions and products, both their pros and cons, to internal or external C-suite stakeholders.

    Attending training sessions, seminars and workshops, and generally be abreast to the latest in tracking, measurement, mar-tech and ad-tech space.

    Managing the deployment, set up and access of data sets, such as clean rooms like Ads Data Hub, Amazon Marketing Cloud, and Facebook's Advanced Analytics, some in their nascent stage.


    PROFILE:
    Experience leading analyses across Marketing Mix Modelling and custom econometrics solutions to answer marketing questions.
    Working experience in running solutions in R, R Shiny and SQL.

    You don't need to be able to build code from scratch, but you should be able to run and troubleshoot.

    Enjoys being hands on in analysis and capable of directing analysts on delivering the best work possible.
    Good grasp of statistical and optimisation techniques and bringing value to clients.
    Minimum three years in a media agency or an internal marketing analytics team.
    Familiar with Google suite of advertising tools, e.g. including CM and GA360.
    Ability to partner with Product and Technology teams to help productise innovations.
    Possess business acumen and ability to work in ambiguous ever-changing environment.
    Have serviced internal and / or external commercial clients.
    Enthusiastic about driving innovation, working in connected networks and have demonstrated evidence in this regard.
    Hungry for creating something new and making a mark.
    Strong presentation skills written and verbal; client and internal facing.
