Duties and Responsibilities:
Establish and coordinate processes responsible for accurate data collection, processing, modelling and analysis across the business
Lead team of analysts - oversee the activities of the data analyst personnel and ensure the efficient execution of their duties and workflow
Set objectives for the team
Ensure that department milestones are met
Coach, enable and develop the team on appropriate methodologies, ways of working and best practice, encourage growth
Liaise directly with senior management team to set and track key KPIs across the business, including hosting monthly progress meetings
Prioritise requirements for the team, aligning with business goals, managing expectations and priorities to ensure efficiency and adoption of change
Working alongside leaders from product, marketing and acquisition to identify analytical requirements to support and implement high-quality, data-driven decisions
Working closely with management and key stakeholders in developing detailed business requirements, conducting gap analysis and guiding the business's leadership through analytical data processing when needed

Person Specification:
A University Degree in a numerate discipline e.g. Mathematics, Statistics or Computer Science
Fully competent with proven experience leading projects, teams and activities

Industry experience:
at least 2 years of experience within the on-line gaming sector and strong sports betting domain knowledge
A successful track record of successfully defining business and system requirements for solution
Excellent knowledge in digital and web journey data management
Experience using digital analytics performance tools (Google Analytics) and performance dashboards (BI and Analytics software tools)
Strong experience with Excel and PowerPoint
Good commercial mindset and understanding of marketing and digital principles
Used to a fast paced and dynamic working environment
Challenges others to develop individually whilst serving as a role model
Has an enthusiastic approach to moving the business forward
Able to drive creative thinking, beyond the boundaries of current knowledge base
Confident working with a range of stakeholders, from business users to senior executives
