We are developing a 'Neighbourhood' model as per the vision in the Fuller Stocktake report, with a focus on preventative and proactive care and helping patients see the right clinician at the right time as shown by our newly established Wellbeing Cafe.

Individuals will work within supportive teams, mentored by appropriately skilled colleagues and with apprenticeships often also available for those wishing to progress to higher training/development in their careers.

We are seeking a Nursing Associate to join our amazing team.

The Community Nursing Associate will be a member of a Primary Care Network (PCN) Team mainly focusing on diabetes and the prevention of diabetes in the community.

They will be responsible for ensuring the effective holistic provision of high quality nursing care to people in a clinic and outreach environments who are registered with a Bromley General Practitioner.
