Well, not only do we provide building & estate management services for developments of all sizes, we also have specialised teams in BTR & Asset Management as well as a residential sales team who service local and overseas clients investing in the UK property market.
And what's more, we even have a separate team focused exclusively on providing soft services such as cleaning, caretaking, and maintenance.
This role is based in our HQ based in Birmingham city centre which houses many of our front-line teams as well as our group support functions including marketing, people, and finance.
You'll be a Senior HR Advisor or Manager with a passion for driving positive change and will be looking to work in a transformational People Team.
You'll play a pivotal role in shaping our people strategies in a supportive and forward-thinking team inclusive of dedicated Generalist, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development professionals.
Responsible for all aspects of generalist HR in support of the People Director# Own policies and procedures, staying up to date with employment law changes
# Able to "run" with a project, end-to-end, shaping the people experience across the group
# Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits
# Support with system maintenance and payroll processing
