About the role


As a Quality Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with industry standards,regulations, and best practices, while continually improving our processes to deliver high-qualityproducts and services.

Your expertise will be vital in promoting a culture of quality excellencethroughout our organization.


Role Responsibilities

  • Quality Assurance: Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality assurance programs for our oil and gas operations, including drilling, production, refining, and distribution processes

Compliance and Standards:
Stay up-to-date with industry standards, regulations, and certifications, ensuring our operations meet all required quality and safety guidelines.

  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process optimization and efficiency enhancements, collaborating with crossfunctional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives

Auditing and Inspections:

Conduct internal and external quality audits and inspections to assess compliance with established standards and identify areas for improvement.


  • Root Cause Analysis: Lead investigations into quality issues, incidents, and nonconformities, performing root cause analysis to prevent recurrence and promote corrective actions

Supplier Quality Management:

Oversee the assessment and qualification of suppliers and vendors, ensuring the quality of materials and services procured for our operations.


  • Training and Development: Develop and deliver qualityrelated training programs to enhance employees' understanding and commitment to quality standards

Data Analysis and Reporting:
Collect and analyze quality data, generating regular reports to management with insights and recommendations for improvement


Risk Management:

Collaborate with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) teams to identify potential quality-related risks and contribute to risk mitigation strategies.


  • Quality Culture: Promote a culture of quality and accountability across the organization by championing qualityrelated initiatives and fostering a sense of ownership for quality outcomes.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required

  • Proven experience in the oil and gas industry, with a strong background in quality management and process improvement. Knowledge of industry standards, such as ISO 9001 and API Q1/Q2, and experience with relevant regulatory bodies and certifications.
  • Familiarity with quality tools and methodologies, such as Six Sigma, Lean, and Statistical Process Control. Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to conduct indepth root cause analysis.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of collaborating with diverse
- teams and stakeholders.

  • Detailoriented and resultsdriven, with a passion for driving continuous improvement. Certification in quality management (e.g., ASQ-CQE, ASQ-CQM) is a plus.
